Holly Ramejkis posted two lingerie snaps side-by-side to encourage other women to feel more comfortable in their own skin – and people praised the self love post
A body positive mum wants to show women their natural bodies are “enough”.
So in an empowering Instagram post, Holly Ramejkis stripped down to lingerie to flaunt her stunning figure.
The mum-of-three, 36, sit back and strikes a pose in the first image. But in another snap taken seconds later, she leaves the folds of her tummy on display.

The pH๏τoshoot, done in collaboration with BOA BOA Lingerie, was captioned with an inspirational message. It read: “YOU ARE ENOUGH.
“You have what it takes. You are strong enough. You are brave enough. You are capable enough. You are worthy enough.”
Holly added: “It’s time to stop thinking otherwise and start believing in yourself because no one else has the dreams that you have. No one else sees the world exactly like you do, and no one else holds the same magic inside.
“It’s time to start believing in the power of your dreams, my beautiful friend. Not next year, not next month, not tomorrow, but now. You are ready. You are enough.”
The post, hashtagged with motivational messages like “mental health awareness”, “body positive movement” and “love yourself”, garnered dozens of likes.
Many also took the time to leave grateful comments, with one responder gushing: “You’re so beautiful and so inspiring Holly.”
Previously, Holly confessed she lost her sense of idenтιтy after becoming a mother. But after turning 30, she reclaimed her confidence.
She now vows to show her true self and shape online to empower other women. And her authenticity has since earned her over 45,000 followers on Instagram.
Her success online led her to become a model for a new lingerie company, Boa Boa. The brand has been created to “make women of all shapes and sizes feel confident and Sєxy” according to CEO, Katie Dadzie, who is engaged to TV presenter Nick Knowles.
Holly said: “We are so conditioned by society and social media that our bodies shouldn’t look a certain way but – let’s be honest – more people probably have a body like mine over a size 8-10. It’s very rare to see a mid-size body represented in Sєxy lingerie, but I know from my followers that I am inspiring them.
“I’ve made women look at themselves in a new light and I’m so proud of that. Because my body is normal, anyone who has lost weight or has kids and has a jelly belly now should still feel comfortable and Sєxy.
“I make it my mission to be honest and show all my lumps and bumps and loose skin – it’s empowering to be liked for who I really am. Life has been quite a rollercoaster, but I’ve learned that every twist and turn has shaped me into who I am today.”
