A woman who underwent a breast reduction procedure transformed after waving goodbye to her big boobs.
Karlie, 18, from the US, was riddled with back pain and confidence issues because of the size of her baps.
The blonde struggled to play sport with her G cup breasts and would often seek treatment for her back discomfort.
Fed up of having to deal with her knockers, Karlie decided to go under the knife for a breast reduction.
And it’s totally transformed her life – as well as her looks.
In a TikTok clip which racked up over 1million views, Karlie revealed the results as she rocked the same top before and after her surgery.
She first wore a pink ʙικιɴι top that made her boobs spill out from the top and side.
Karlie also tried on a plunge green halter neck top that just about held her ʙosoм in.
The teen tried the top on after the operation and her chest rested more comfortably in the attire.
She tried number of other tops to show the extent of how she found them difficult to manage.
“Bye bye boobies,” she said in the caption.
She also admitted that her change in confidence has been “literally insane”.
“I went from a G to a about a C now and I am about five weeks out from my operation,” Karlie explained in a separate clip.
“I play lacrosse and I play midfield so a lot of running and I’ve had big boobs since I was in sixth grade and was constantly having back pains.”
She continued: “I was getting my back cupped twice a week, there were a lot of issues.”
Amazed by her transformation, many people fled to the comments to praise Karlie for sharing her experience.
