‘Fulfilling My Ex’s Dying Wish: How I Became a Successful Adult Star and Found Financial Stability’

Trans model Lexi Lucks talked about how she ditched her bachelor’s degree to pursue a career in adult entertainment following the dying words of her 80-year-old ex

Trans model Lexi Lucks revealed she ditched her bachelor’s degree to pursue a career in adult entertainment following the dying words of her 80-year-old ex.

The 27-year-old, from Alaska, who in Los Angeles, US, has spent over £200,000 on plastic surgeries and cosmetic procedures to change her look. However, she’s certainly earned it back as she now pockets £60,000 a year from her racy content and also runs her own burlesque company.

The blonde has now opened up about her journey from education to the adult world – and how she got there. “I grew up in a strict Catholic home and suffered through my childhood riddled with guilt about my own Sєxual idenтιтy,” shared Lexi, whose real name is Alexandrea Bretz.

“Despite being born male, I knew I was meant to be a girl from as young as the age of six. I loved dressing up in pretty clothing, wearing high heels and make-up and would often force my friends to do the same.”

In her late teens and early 20s, Lexi entered the world of male modelling. “During my successful modelling and acting career, I was cast as the ‘handsome prince’ in theatrical productions like Humpty Dumpty is Missing and portrayed Sean Val Sean in Les Misérables,” explained Lexi.

“However, I began to feel that the image of traditional masculinity I was projecting was not authentic, and the pressure to please others was causing emotional distress. It was as if I was living a facade, extending beyond my performances and modelling career. Now, as I embrace my true idenтιтy as a woman and find validation in it, I am more open to exploring new directions in my artistic performances.”

Lexi began transitioning in 2015, enduring nine painful operations, including two boob jobs, a rhinoplasty, fillers, Botox, a chin job, and a chin and jaw shave. After undergoing glottoplasty, a surgical procedure aimed at achieving a more feminine voice, Lexi faced a series of complications that greatly affected her ability to speak.

As a result, she had no choice but to withdraw from the Miss California USA pageant, a compeтιтion she had dedicated years to preparing for, which left her heartbroken.

Despite this setback, she managed to participate in the 2022 pageant, marking a significant milestone as the sole trans woman to enter and compete in the entire United States.

“I took out a bunch of loans and got myself into hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt to pay off my plastic surgeries,” she said. “Things got worse during the Covid-19 global pandemic, and I was forced to file for bankruptcy.”

Since her last plastic surgery, Lexi has paid off most, if not all, of her medical debts and is financially stable. The only thing she has yet to have is gender reᴀssignment surgery.

Talking about ‘down there’, Lexi blushed: “She’s pretty compact. If I had a vagina I would most definitely be married. But I do have a nurturing, healing aspect I can’t deny and it would be my pleasure to potentially bare my love’s child.

“The narcissism of having a child is definitely in me but true love would make it work whether it’s adoption or surrogacy. Ironically, my ex-boyfriend was the one who helped me squash my debt after he made a dying request.”

Lexi’s ex-partner, who was in his 80s, recommended she post racy pH๏τos of herself online to make some extra money. “He went to a rehab centre in Malibu, leaving me unable to support myself,” she said. “I couldn’t even afford the rent. His final words to me were ‘OnlyFans’. And that’s how it began.”

At the time Lexi was studying a Batchelor’s degree, she added: “I switched my major five times from journalism to architecture to business marketing, to dance to multidisciplinary studies specialising in dance and business before deciding to create my own pop-up burlesque troupe.”

Having graduated from the University of Nevada with a Bachelor’s in Multidisciplinary Studies and Liberal Arts with a minor in Dance, Lexi’s experience in college and her pᴀssion for entertainment pushed her to create a company that would feature a marginalised community and become inclusive.

Transcend is a pop-up burlesque venue featuring trans performers. Every performer has a personal story to tell, and this platform allows a minority group to shine and demonstrate what they can do with their talent.

The goal is to establish a safe area for transgender women to succeed in the entertainment industry and a place where everyone feels welcomed and women are not discriminated against. Every woman has the opportunity to advance through the ranks.

Lexi says that this burlesque squad inspires the entire community. She ensures the squad keeps their aim as they continue to expand and perform across California.

The model, who is currently single, earns up to £60,000 a year by displaying her enhanced physique on the site. As an influencer on social media, she also creates content featuring her favourite cosplay/video game characters and shares her love for gaming with her followers.

Lexi explained: “I primarily focus on advertising for OnlyFans subscribers seeking companionship, but I keep my idenтιтy as a transgender person mostly confined to the realm of fantasy rather than making it tangible. This is due to concerns about potential risks.”

She added: “The societal stigma surrounding transgender women, along with certain propaganda, effectively cultivates the notion that men desire a taboo, coveted role, especially in a world where they can easily fulfil their desires with their hands and some lotion. Personally, I’ve had sugar daddies who were more committed.”
